After nearly a decade at SyCom, an InterVision company, I find myself reflecting on some of the most memorable moments of my journey. Being hired by Tom Carr was a defining milestone\u2014\u201dhis leadership, mentorship, and unwavering belief in me shaped not just my career but also my perspective on resilience and positivity.<\/p>\n
I\u2019ve been fortunate to work alongside some incredible individuals, including Tom Cricchi, Tom Ball, and a few others who have left a lasting impact. It seems that Toms have been my lucky charm, bringing wisdom, support, and inspiration at every turn. But if there was one force behind everything at SyCom, it was Renee\u2014the heart and soul that kept everything running seamlessly.<\/p>\n
The good times are what I\u2019ll always cherish\u2014\u201dRock the Dock, Cisco QBP, and our sales kickoffs in Richmond, always followed by those legendary monthly Tysons lunches with JJ and Carr. Those moments were more than just work events; they were the foundation of great friendships and lifelong memories.<\/p>\n
